Join us February 7th, 2009 while we go over how to take the Fixer Upper that may be the perfect home and make it your Dream Castle.
It's not a joke, it's not a sales pitch. In fact, we will respect your privacy if you request that. This is an educational event for people considering Purchasing a Home that needs a little (or a lot) of work.
You won't be asked to buy anything at the end of the seminar and you will walk away with a good understanding on how the Mortgage Products really work.
The event location is To Be Determined as we are still narrowing down the Perfect Home. It will be at an actual home that could use some work so that it can be a 'real life' example. Christine will be there to explain the Program and run some numbers for example. We will also have numbers from a Contractor to show the potential cost of Renovating the home.
If you are actively searching for a property and currently working with a Real Estate Agent, feel free to bring them along with you.
If you are looking to purchase a 'fixer upper' but NOT on the North Side of Houston...That's ok too. The location and home are solely being used as an example.
The time is from 1-2:30 PM on Saturday Feb. 7th.
